Mark out a 20x15 space. Split the players into 3 teams
How to play
2 of the teams attempt to keep possession overloaded against the 3rd team.
When the defending team wins possession, they swap with the team that lost possession.
For example Yellow and Black start in possession. If blue win the ball off black then it becomes yellow and Blue keeping possession
Progression
If your plays find this too easy or too difficult, you could progress the game in the following ways:
Alter the space
Alter the amount of overload
Have neutral players on the outside to play with the teams in possession
Limit touches
